Clare provides a safe, confidential space to build a trusting relationship, working alongside you towards your goals and your potential. Clare helps clients who struggle with the challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem or relationship issues. She is neurodivergent informed and helps clients foster helpful coping mechanisms, enhance their self-awareness, and boost self-confidence. She also works with adult adoptees.

Clare works at the Wellbeing Room on Tuesday afternoons and evenings.
